Free delivery for any order over to 59 €.
Shipping costs are established as:
- Barcelona Province: 2,95 €, home delivery 24 - 72 hours.
- Spain: 3,95 €, home delivery 24 - 72 hours.
- Balearic Islands: 4,95 € home delivery 3 - 8 business days.
- France - Belgium: 4,95 € point relais Mondial Relay delivery 3 - 5 days.
- Germany - Netherlands: 12€ home delivery 5 - 7 business days.

STOCKS
We maintain a permanent stock of our main products. However, at certain times, a product may be in the process of manufacture. In these cases, we inform the customer promptly of planned delivery deadlines.
LEAD TIMES
Confirmed orders pass through two different phases (states):
1. Preparation in progress
All orders placed before 2:00 pm will be processed the same day.
Orders received on weekends and holidays, will be prepared the next business day.
2. Shipped:
This is package transit and delivery time; it depends on the transport agency and the destination. The usual times are:
- Spain and Portugal: 24 - 72 hours.
- Balearic Islands: 3 - 8 business days.
- France: 3 - 5 business days.
Weekends will not be delivered.
Asanthé undertakes to deliver the products in perfect condition at the delivery address indicated on the order form. Although, we are not responsible for errors or delays in the delivery process that are caused by a failure or omission in the address data entered by the customer in the order form, or those in which the packages have been placed available to the buyer within the agreed period and could not be delivered for reasons attributable to the buyer.
The delivery is considered made from the moment in which the designated transport agency delivers the packages to the buyer and he signs the delivery receipt document or the control system used by the transport company.
