You have 14 days since you receive the package to make any return.
Garments must be in good condition, labeled, unused, or washed and with the original packaging.
Earrings may not be returned or exchanged for reasons of hygiene.
Custom products not be returned or exchanged.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchased product you can request the return. You have two options:
1. Pick up at home:
The cost of the collection is 4.50 € (Spain and Portugal) which will be deducted from the amount to be returned.*
2. With the company you choose.
Asanthé is not responsible for shipments made on behalf of the customer if they are not delivered to our shipping address.
In both cases the procedure is as follows:
- Access 'My account' and enter the section: 'Order history'.
- Display the details of the order you wish to return.
- Mark the boxes of the product / s to be returned and confirm the return request.
Once the request is accepted, you can download the document with the details and instructions for the return.
Conditions for return:
- You must send the products to us within a maximum period of thirty (30) calendar days, from the date of return request.
- Products must be returned in good condition, labeled, unused, or washed and with the original packaging.
- Return costs are borne by the buyer.
Once the package is received, we will assess its correct condition and proceed to refund the amount within a maximum period of five (5) business days, using the same payment method used in the original purchase.
* Balearic Island: 6.50 €. Europe: home pickups are not available.
